Sales Representative
Base salary + commission — possible earnings $4,000–$7,000+ / month
Helps families choose the right memorial by explaining available options, guiding them through the design process, and closing sales with care and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Communicating with customers by phone, email, chat, and in person at the Allen showroom.
- Consulting families on headstones, grave markers, bronze memorials, custom designs, and installation options.
- Following up with leads, quotes, and unfinished orders in CRM.
- Preparing estimates, explaining pricing, financing options, timelines, and cemetery requirements.
- Coordinating with design, production, logistics, and installation teams to move orders forward.
- Collecting customer reviews and helping build local reputation.
Qualifications
Previous sales, customer service, showroom, or memorial industry experience preferred. Strong communication and basic computer skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is required.

Responsible for engraving memorials, preparing orders, delivering monuments, and assisting with professional cemetery installations — accurately, safely, and on time.
Responsibilities
- Engraving names, dates, inscriptions, symbols, and designs on granite memorials according to approved layouts.
- Preparing headstones, grave markers, bases, vases, and accessories for delivery and installation.
- Loading, securing, transporting, and unloading stone products safely.
- Assisting with monument installation, leveling, setting, sealing, and final positioning.
- Inspecting finished work for quality and accuracy.
- Taking completion photos and reporting job status to the operations team.
Qualifications
Experience with stone engraving, monument installation, construction, delivery, or hands-on field work preferred. Ability to handle heavy materials safely. Valid driver’s license required.
